அனைத்து அரசு அலுவலகங்களிலும் IFHRMS என்ற செயலியின் மூலம் பணம் சார்ந்த பட்டியல்கள் தயாரிக்கப்படுகிறது. ஆனால் இம்மாதம் மார்ச் மாதத்தில் இருந்து IFHRMS செயலியானது மிகவும் ஸ்லோவாகவும் உபயோகப்படுத்த இயலாத நிலமைக்கும் உள்ளது. மேலும் அனைத்து தினங்களிலும் மண்டல வாரியாக நேரம்(ஒன்றரை முதல் 2 மணி நேரம் மட்டுமே) ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நிலையில் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்தில் பாதிக்கு மேற்பட்ட நேரமானது செயலி வேலை செய்யாமல் உள்ளது. நிதி ஆண்டின் இறுதி மாதம் ஆன இம்மாதம் அனைத்து அலுவலகங்களும் நிதியினை ஒதுக்கீடு செய்து பயன்படுத்த அனைத்து அலுவலர்களும் வேலைப்பளுவினை அதிக அளவு உதவியாளர் மற்றும் இளநிலை உதவியாளர்களிடம் திணிக்கின்றனர். ஒருபுறம் இம்மாதிரியான உயர் அலுவலர்களின் காட்டமான நடவடிக்கைகள் மற்றொருபுறம் செயலியினை உபயோகப்படுத்த இயலாத நிலை என பணி புரியும் பணியாளர்களுக்கு மிகுந்த மன உளைச்சலையும் ஏற்படுத்துகிறது. கடந்த 15 நாட்களாக பட்டியல் தயாரிக்கும் எந்த ஒரு பணியாளரும் சரியான மனநிலையில் இருப்பதாக தெரியவில்லை மன உளைச்சலிலேயே உள்ளனர் சரியாக செயல்பட கருவூல கணக்கு துறை உடனடியாக நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும். மேற்படி IFHRMS...
